Visit to Old Folks Home
In conjunction with the anniversary celebration, Great Eastern under its Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) took the opportunity to visit Rumah Orang Tua Ampang and spent time with
the old folks and donating necessities for the residents. More than 15 staff joined the visit
and brought with them goodie bags filled with basic necessities for all the 60 residents and
organized simple and fun activities to entertain the old folks. With its tagline of ‘life is
great’ and with such an event like, will able to make life great for everybody and that
includes the poor and needy within the community

Great Eastern 101st Anniversary
Great Eastern Life Assurance (Malaysia) Berhad (Great Eastern) turned 101 on 26 August 2009.
The 101st anniversary is the Company’s first year into the new century together and maintain
the Company’s No:1 position in the life insurance industry. In conjunction with the anniversary
celebration, the largest Malaysian life insurance Company held a magnificent celebration for
its staff and agency force. |
