Policy Loan
Introduction
After 3 years, your policy will acquire Cash Value. You can take a loan up to a total of 92% of the policy cash value. It is important to continue to pay your premium every month promptly.You should also pay your loan as soon as possible. Otherwise you will exhaust your cash value and your policy may run into Automatic Payment Mode (APL).
 
Policy Loan Application

You can apply for loan simply by:

  • Asking the assistance of your Servicing Agent
  • Mail your request to Head Office address or the nearest branch
  • Fax us at our Customer Service fax: 03-42598198
  • Email your request to
  • Apply for a loan personally at our Customer Service Centre in Mezzanine Floor at
  • the Head Office or the nearest branch. Our Customer Service Officers will be
    there to help you.
     
    Procedures

    Upon receipt of your request , we will inform you of the loan available and the requirements. The requirements are:

  • Loan agreement to be signed by the Policy Owner and Conditional Assignee,
  •   where applicable
  • Consent letter from the trustees and nominees, where applicable
